peter Priestley

He was a co-founder of Pension Insurance Corporation, the leading UK Life Insurer of defined benefit schemes. He has served on the boards of a number of UK listed businesses.

Peter is an experienced corporate financier in the public and private markets. He trained as a commercial lawyer in the early 1990s with Allen & Overy in London before joining the corporate finance team at Williams Holdings PLC. Since then, he has been pursuing a serial entrepreneurial career building businesses.

Peter holds an LLB from University of Bristol and an MBA from University of Michigan.
